Cindy GallopFounder & CEO, If We Ran The World, LLC Cindy is half English, half Chinese, grew up in Asia, in Brunei, and read English Literature at Somerville College, Oxford. She began working in theater marketing and then moved to advertising, where she spent the majority of her career working for one agency, global creative network Bartle Bogle Hegarty. She joined them in London in 1989 to run global accounts such as Coca-Cola, Polaroid and Ray-Ban; moved to Singapore in 1996 to help start up and run BBH Asia Pacific; and moved to New York in 1998 to start up BBH US, which began as Cindy in a room with a phone, and four years later was named Adweek’s Eastern Agency of the Year, winning clients such as Levi’s, Johnnie Walker and Axe. In 2003 Advertising Women of New York voted Cindy Advertising Woman of the Year.
Nick LawEVP, Chief Creative Officer, R/GA As Chief Creative Officer, NA, Nick is responsible for the overall creative vision of the agency. In his role, he guides creative teams consisting of visual designers, copywriters, and interaction designers, working in close collaboration across disciplines. He ensures that R/GA stays true to its legacy by fostering creative ideas in all team members, including those in technology and strategy.
Kei NgDesigner, Castor Design Brian Richer, trained, as an architectural stone carver and studied English Literature and Philosophy at York University.
Brian RicherDesigner, Castor Design Kei Ng studied architecture at the University of Winnipeg prior to many years art directing films and more recently feeding the masses at his namesake restaurant.
Stefan SagmeisterFounder, Sagmeister Inc. Stefan Sagmeister formed the New York based Sagmeister Inc. in 1993 and has since designed for clients as diverse as the Rolling Stones, HBO, and the Guggenheim Museum. Having been nominated five times for the Grammies he finally won one for the Talking Heads boxed set. He also earned practically every important international design award.
Stéphane XiberrasCo-President - Creative Director, BETC Euro RSCG President and Executive Creative Director of BETC Euro RSCG since 2007, Stéphane Xiberras, 44, began his career as a copywriter. In 1999, he joined BETC as Creative Director. At BETC, Stéphane is in charge of key agency accounts such as McDonald’s, Loto, Peugeot, as well as the highly awarded CANAL+ account, for which he has notably handled the “March of the Emperor” film (ranked 8th Most Awarded Ad Worldwide according to the Gunn Report 2006), and the current storytelling favourite “The Closet” (Eurobest Grand Prix, 2 Andy Golds, 3 Cristal Festival Grand Prix, Epica Gold etc).
